    And what concerns you? Clots are menstrual tissue, not actual blood clots. 10 days is a bit long, but not out of the realm of normal.
    Yes, there are possible conditions to see a doctor about if it goes on longer. (One is that you were pregnant, and are now miscarrying the extra lining building up for a pea sized embryo.)
    The ones to see a doctor about are too numerous to go into.
