    chest Pain so bad.
    I have severe pain in my whole chest, especially in the middle between my breasts. The whole thing lasted about an hour. I could hardly move or breathe. I began sweating, my whole body, bad. Pain went up my right shoulder and into my right jaw. Pain so bad.

    Did I have a heart attack?

    Seriously why are you posting on the net and not at our local ER ?!
    If the pain was as you described you need professional medical assessment NOW !!!

    Sorry, we don't have crystal balls... (or brass ones)... if you experience these sort of symptoms you should have been to the Emergency room before you took time to get online.
