    Vitamin Water
    I drink a lot of Vitamin Water. Could this be contributing to me weight gain?

    No, vitamin water does not contribute to your weight. I know this from personal experience and questions I asked years ago of my doctor. What was actually happening was water retention and I got rid of that with B6. I am not saying this will work for you, but B6 is a duiretic.

    Why do you drink vitamin water ? To my way of thinking that is closing the barn door after the horse has gone. Thank about it.

    Absolutely, NOT. But why not just regular water, and a good healthy diet, and exercise? Are your portion/.serving sizes right, are you eating lots of fruits, veggies, grains and lean meats? And exercise, are you working your body? Water, lots of it, with added fruits work just as well as these overpriced drinks!

is 4000mg vitamin c too much. I take 1000mg glutathione 2x and 4000mg vitamin c with rosehips 2x so that'd be 2000mg glutathione and 8000mg vitamin c.. Is that too much vitamin c in a day? I want the process to go faster so I was just curious :confused:
