    Lets see. Bad bulbs, loose wire, no power to switch, no power to transformer etc..

    Check for 12 volts coming out of the transformer and 120 vac going into the transformer

Why does Hampton Bay say don't cut Track lighting track?

Can I cut track lighting track (hampton bay) to custom length [ 1 Answers ]

I want to create a u-shaped layout for my hampton bay track lighting within a specifically defined space. To achieve this, I would need to shorten one track. Can the track be cut and maintain electrical continuity.

Anyone know why Hampton Bay track states that you cannot cut the track? Every other brand allows track to be cut to the needed length and Hampton Bay is worthless to me if I can't cut it.
