How would I wire this circuit if I only have a 14/2 wire coming from the light to the switch?

If you are trying to control two light independently with two switches you must have a path from each switch to each light.

You could control one light with a regular switch and use a wireless switch to control the other.

I realized that my diagram was incorrect. Here is the correct drawing of my circuit.

You will need a 2-wire cable from light 1 to light 2.

Is it possible to do it without wiring from one light to the other? i.e. only work in the box? Or will it not work because once you flip one of the switches, it cuts off the other one?

No, you must get current (a hot and a neutral) to the fixture.

In your drawing, you just had a switch connected to the fixture. There was no current at all to the fixture.

You have a hot at the switch but you don't have a neutral.

Wireless as mentioned would work. You could install Push, pull, or turn switch, at 1 0r both lights, then the switch would turn on/off the lights selected by these switches?
