    Brown spots on my neck
I have brown clichés on the side of my neck. They are getting worse despite daily sunscreen. Should I be concerned?

Sunscreen isn't a medication or a cure. It's a preventive measure before damage. If the damage is already there, there's nothing sunscreen can help you with. If the spots trouble you, go to a doctor to be checked out.

    Explain brown ' cliches' please.

Yes, time to find out what the brown spots are by a qualified doctor. Not someone on line.
