How much of this can you support-"As I Have An On Going Stalker For The Last 2 Years, As she is an ex Employee of social security that has a close friend Still employed at social security that is assisting my Stalker To Retrieve my New phone number every time I Change it". You post is very difficult to understand. "I Can't Have Any Female Over In case She Calls In And Starts Yelling Abuse At Me"--how would she know?

Social Security is an American program. Barristers are not American. Where are you?
Why do you say an IVO wouldn't help? (Not an acronym used in the US either.)
It might not stop her, but you then get the police to assist, of course!

You spelling and wording make this difficult to read, and please don't capitalize every word.

If this is the US, Social Security does not know, or have your phone number, nor are there employees have the ability to get that number.

Even in Britain the government agencies, would not just have your private phone numbers unless you give the agency that number.

So she is getting the number from someone else.

Of course you can have a female over to your house, that idea is just silly, turn your phone off for the night, if you are that worried.

Report the harassing phone calls to the police. On social media, do not add anyone, unless you know them, and know them well.

So they posted someone on your page, you delete it, and that is the end of it.

While yes this is a hassle, you can not really prove who is posting on your page, and my guess is, you can't prove who the phone calls are from either.
Without proof, you can not win if you sue.

It's possible your inappropriate use of capital letters has really ticked her off. I know it didn't make me happy.

Stalkers need to be fed attention to keep motivated to harrass. Answering the phone, answering the door, or what ever you are doing to feed her need for attention is keeping this going. Just because the phone rings and just because the doorbell rings doesn't mean you have to answer. Let her crap fall on deaf ears and she will eventually go on to her next victim.
