    Westchester county resident working in the Bronx do I pay City tax
    If I live in Westchester County what are additional taxes I have to pay if I work in the Bronx as a City employee?

    NYC has a resident income tax which most commuters don't have to pay. However, as a city employee you must pay the equivalent that you would owe if you were a NYC resident, using form NYC-1127. Officially it's not a tax, but rather a payment you make as a condition of your employment.
