    What form to file for NYC nonresident
    I have a friend who is a part year resident of NYC. He rents an apt for about 3 months of the year.

    He has income from an Scorp whose rental income is based in NYC.

    Is this taxable in NYC and if yes- where do you report it?

    Yes, it IS taxable.

    Not sure where to report it, however.
