    Duplicate title for Mobile home
    My mother passed away and I live in Mobile home she paid cash for years ago I have the certificate of origin,bill of sale,copy of check but no title .I do know they told her to register as non movable! How do I get duplicate title or transfer the ownership

    Check with the Mobile Home licensing dept. where you live.

    Do you have a copy of the death certificate and anything stating why you should have ownership of the property ?
