Hi. I think I may be pregnant. I started my period 2 days late. It's very light. Not normal for me at all. I had sex in April. A condom was used, but don't know for sure if it broke or not. I have been very tired lately and I noticed today my stomach is hard. No rock hard. Should I take a pregnancy test?

Of course a light period, while not normal, is not unusual for many women, sometimes.

You should wait two weeks, to test, now would be a little early still. When you do test, do it, first thing in the morning, as soon as you get up. First urine of the day.

Condoms have a 3 to 18 percent failure rate, often the failure is not obvious.

As was states, 2 days late is WAY too soon to be testing. EVERY female... and I do mean EVERY female has been or will be far later than that without being pregnant in their life on multiple occasions.

Wait until you are two weeks late, THEN take a test first thing in the morning. The first time you pee that day.

If the last time you had sex was in April, you could test now. However, if you had a period in May and June, it is most likely that your period is just off slightly, which is common as was mentioned.
