Can a ceiling fan remote be bypassed?
I have a Harbor Breeze Kingsbury Model # 40190 and a Harbor Breeze Saratoga Model # 00798. I would like to know if the remote receivers are built into the motors or if they are add-ons? I would like to hard-wire the fans so I could work them from a switch. If they are add-ons I think this is possible.

If it has no pull chains, not easy. If it has pull chains, it may have a receiver that can be removed.
