    What are the guidelines for setting up a mobile home on a piece of property near palmer, tn. Ar there special plates for the stabilizer?

    It's a matter of local law, usually. You should contact the city or county in which you are located and ask the official who issues permits.

    Either the county or the city (if inside city limits) zoning department will have those rules. You will need to see them to get a permit and the building and code enforcement should inform you of any special requirements.
