She is in the Army in Korea.
She is from the state of Florida and the partner currently lives in the State of Florida.
She is currently married since April 2015 but is seeking to get a divorce.

She will need to hire an attorney in Miami Florida, to start her case. Since that is her address of record (for military) and home of husband.

IF the husband agrees to divorce, they can do a simple divorce. If the husband will not agree, it will be hard, since she will have to appear in court. And the divorce may have to wait till she can return to America.

So, is the husband willing to sign for the divorce?

She needs to contact a FL attorney.
Some states protect military members who are stationed out of the US from divorce actions (partially), but this is the other way around.
Since you are a third party, it's best if we don't try to get information from you. Her lawyer will handle it.

If the date of marriage was in April of this year then there may be the possibility of getting an annulment since the marriage hasnt lasted 6 months.
