    Toilet consistent noise
My toilet has a consistent noise like water is running. Yet no ripples in the bowl, no water running in tank, no leaks in the bottom.

I've tried to move the water level both up and down. Flapper seems tight.

    Any suggestions?

Turn water supply valve for the toilet OFF. See if the "running" noise stops.
