Approved asylum
Hi. I got asylum case approved but my girlfriend is in my country.
Next year I will get my green-card. I cannot marry her in my country because I cannot go to my country. Can I get married in third country and apply for a visa for her when I got my green-card? Or what options I have to bring her here? |
