Oily smell and taste after installing a new submersible well pump

Installed new well pump and my water smells like permanent marker and tastes awful. Will thus go away ?

I don't know if it's from my X-TROL pressure tank or from the submersible pump down in the well.The water from the softener looks fine,at least clear.The outside faucets supply is before the softener and that is when I noticed the oily substance.The water also appears to be milky. Thanks.
