    Why I did not click on ads on some websites, there will be another page is opened?
    Close up also open others

    Its quite obvious, that they actually want to manipulate you and grab your attention. That's all. Nothing more than that. Its simply a business tatic.

    Pop up web page instead of pop up ads. Firefox with Ad Block Plus, Flash Block and No Script Addons stops most stuff and still lets you allow things you need.
