I have h1b visa but my current location is different from that on I129
So as per the rule H1B amendment should be filed before aug 19 2015. Since my employer is not willing to file H1B amendment, I want to apply for H4 EAD since my spouse is having I140 approved. If I apply for H4 COS and EAD concurrently on Aug 15th , can I work till H4 approval i.e even after Aug 19 if decision is not taken by uscis on h4 because |
