I would pay money to know what this movie is lol

OK, it starts a family of four-- one girl and one boy (kids or preteens?). They go to Africa and I think they all meet some 'animal conservationist' at a hunting lodge or restaurant in the city. And he seems OK but when the kids follow him home at night thinking suspiciously they find out he's some illegal poacher with heads on the walls n stuff. Later on in the movie, they sneak into a camp of tribal Africans who I think work for the man. Ithink they knock over some oil barrels and set the huts ablaze. I'm guessing there was also outside help. The poacher villain leaves to go on a boat at a river and one of his African men follow him but there's not enough room in the boat so he shoots him dead and goes on. I think the kids chase somehow, but in the end the poacher and his boat fall off a big waterfall; there is not a huge amount of space between the fall and the cliff on the other side of it though. I'm thinking it's victoria falls? Also, I believe it was made in 90's or 2000's, with my guess being early 2000's. It may have been a TV movie. Hope someone knows!
