Hello here's some background about me. I was on depo for 6 months(2cycles). And well Ive been off depo for 11 months already and still have had no period absolutely whatsoever. Ive had a lot of cm white n creamy. But all hpt are negative. Im getting very discouraged about all this. Any advice or similar stories are welcome. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, for some women, it can take quite some time (even more than a year) before periods resume after the last injection. If still no period after about 18 months, speak to your doctor. Certainly you could do so before that time. He or she may decide to try to give it a bit of a push with medication.

In the meantime, remember that you could still become pregnant before seeing your periods return, so do what you can to be in the best health possible for when that occurs. Hopefully, you'll be pregnant before the end of the year!

Will I have any noticeable signs that my period is returning. The past 3 weeks Ive had bad cramping in my pelvic area and lower back as well. I also this week broke out in bad acné on my face. Im not sure if this is signs of my period coming back
