    Kenmore Elite HE5T Steam
    My Kenmore elite HE 5T steam frontload washer has been taking over an hour to finish washing. Also it has not been using the liquid fabric softener that I place in the receptacle and just now I got the error message F20. Any idea of what is wrong and how I can fix it?
