    Did "You can't always get what you want" get cut from The Rose?
    Bette Midler has a live version of "You can't always get what you want" on her live album "Divine Madness". It sounds like it belongs in "The Rose" movie. Did it get cut from that movie?

    I would guess no based on timing. The Rose is about 60s rock. You Can't Always Get What you Want was released in 69 just 4 months short of the 70s. Based on that I would say no.
