mother passed away aprox 3 years ago and put her marrige to 3 years husband on deed now husband my father in law has died in February and his sons did a quick deed on home and has clean on the house and has put up for sale with out any consent for me at my mothers funeral we all agreeed that ken my father in law would live there until his health would not longer let him live along and further aragement would be make and that all the contents of the house would remain all agree on this but I got left out since I did not have estate stelled when my mother passed away the contects of the house had strong famaliy values I feel that john shull son of ken shull should have called me as agreed to setle estate and to retain all of the house content is there anything I can do all the contents are gone also my mothers car is gone to only thing I have is a written last request that all contents and real estate should be shared my father build this house and has major family roots help! House is still listed for sale what can I do to save this
