    Amended for 8938
I missed an account in the filing of form 8938 for 2014 to the IRS. Do I need to file a 1040X to correct it?

Yes, I would if the account has a balance over $100. The IRS is getting VERY serious about the reporting of foreign accounts.

By the way, you DID submit the FBAR as well, correct? If not, you have until 30 June 2015 to submit the 2014 FBAR.
