Is my husband correct and what can I do?
My husband and I are in a relationship since 2012 and got married on 2014. We only seen every twice a year and his living in canada and I'm in philippines. He was divorce before we get married. Now we are almost done with our application and decision made from the canadian embassy of manila and my visa is coming shortly to my place. Now my problem is? Every time we argued he keeps saying his tired and we won't work and our marriage is not registered in canada so he don't need to bother working the divorce because he can marry again if he want in canada. What should I do since we don't have divorce in philippines and he also do not cooperate me about this? He change his number already and block me. I hope to hear someone and give a little advice. Thanks

He is lying, there is no requirement to "register" marriage, if he is legally married, to you, he can not legally marry anyone else. If he did, he has committed a crime.
Obviously you married in haste, without really knowing him. I married a Chinese women, but lived in China for 3 years.
You can file for divorce, and ask for a property settlement. You can file either Canada or Philippines.

If you weren't married in Canada, it doesn't sound like you can do anything, sorry.
What do you hope to do? You can't make him fly you to Canada, even if you did have his contact information.
Do you want to go anyway, alone? I wouldn't.

Thank you for the answer. I was just scared and worried because he keeps saying our marriage in Philippines is not recognize iN Canada. And also after we got married he made a statement sign by his lawyer that if ever we split up I have no share with his house and that is for his children from past and to our future children but we have no children yet of our own. He sending me little money for allowance monthly and iM saving it and when he find out he told me before If could use that for plane ticket. Does he has right he give it already to me as allowance? Does argue consider a reason for divorce?

Thanks for the comment i only need some ways and opinion or option that i can do this time. For him as a jehovahs witness they believed the marriage has worth and value. Unless if there is third party involved and we are not.

Were you legally married in the Philippines? Do you have a certificate of marriage?

A legal marriage in one country is generally recognized in most other countries. However, unless you show up in Canada with a legal marriage certificate, it is unlikely anyone would know about it.
Also, unless you signed this document you refer to it has no legal power.
So, the question is what do you want to do now?

Scared of what? That he can treat you as though he isn't married to you? Sure, he can do that.
A post-nuptial contract such as you describe may or may not hold any weight. The fact that it is signed by a lawyer doesn't normally mean a thing.
Yes, he may, if he chooses, send you money (an "allowance"). That doesn't mean, as I suppose you imagine, that the marriage is somehow void.
And yes, an argument can be considered a proper reason for a divorce. I believe Canada, like all states in the US where I'm located, doesn't require any reason for a divorce.
You need to specify what you want here. And you probably need to contact a Canadian lawyer who does family law, to determine what your rights and options are.
