    Constant dripping behind wall
    I hear a constant dripping on the first floor behind the wall.I haven't detected water damage.

    If you have ABS / PVC drains, it may be that your toilet, sink or tub has a slow leak (drip ). What you hear then is a small amount of water as it drips from upper floor to the floor level below inside drain pipe.
