    Can my husband get custody if in with a gang member
    Im not fully divorced yet and my wife is introducing a new man to my kids I seen the guy with a notorious gang and I feel as if my kids are not in a safe place while he's staying or going to visit the house. My question is can I get custody if I feel its unsafe for him being near my kids?

    The title begins "Can my husband ... ", and yet the question asks "can my wife ... ".

    Not that it matters, but which is it? Or is it one of those so-called gay marriages?
