    I seriously doubt 36 hours is enough time to stop drinking and expect to pass a test.

    Can you? Yes, it has been done. Will you? Much harder to answer with any degree of certainty. Did you have (or do you plan on having) one drink and then be tested 36 hours later? If so, I would say your chances are much better than they bloke who wanted to know if he could drink and pass a test 16 hours later.

    If the plan is to drink more than the equivalent of a single drink, I would not have high expectations of passing as EtG in that short of a period of time
