    Credit card Debt
    I just received a citation for me to appear in court for a credit card debt of $965.00 that was a charge off. This has been several years back. They are in New York and I am in Texas. My question is gow long is the statue of limitations for this. What can they do. Thanks J

    Concerning what they can do - they can put a lien on things that you own.
