    German visa fraud
My brother has a friend whose sister is currently in Germany. My brother's friend told us his sister has been given the opportunity by a white man over there to bring 50 people to Germany and that the people will be given a five year working permit each. My brother's friend was able to convince my brother to advertise this online since my brother has easy access to the internet. An amount of EUR 3300 was the cost of this offer. I thought it was true so I also decided to get that opportunity. I paid more than half of the amount to my brother's friend. I later realized the document I was given was not real. My Ghanaian passport I brought for the processing has been changed into a different thing. When the document was returned to me, it was a Netherlands Passport. This issue happened in 2013, August. I have tried several means to take my back but have not succeeded. I want to report this issue but I don't know how to go about it. I need help.

No, I don't think you do. While you appear to have been scammed, you appear to be guilty of serious criminal behavior on your own. Chalk it up to your own stupidity, and move in.

I know I acted stupidly but I still need your advice. Is there any action I can take?

Because of the nature of the crime, and this is my advice, do not pursue any retribution, or you could be deported from Ghana and charged in either Germany or the Netherlands.

No, there is really no one, Most likely the people doing this was from Ghana, which is know as the highest level of internet fraud. Passport and dating along with "found money and diamonds" , are some of the most well known.

The groups that do this use other people, and then disappear. Most have connections with the police and government officials. The only ones that may end up in jail would be your brother for helping run the advertisements,

Sorry, just use this as a learning experience, and forget it.
