Do you know much about levels? Like, are low levels consequential, If so what would the typical cut off be?

Is my math correct, and you worry about .4 ounces of alcohol consumed a day for almost 3 weeks? Or did I misread and you meant a cup a day for 18 days? What was the alcoholic content of what you consumed?

A glass of wine is a lot different than a couple of shots of bourbon, so I can only guess your repeated drinking and length of time would make it entirely possible to be over the typical allowable level of 100 ng/ml.

Sorry more info may clarify, and at least a 3 weeks of clean time may help you. We do have a lab savvy person who comes around that can better explain the EtG, ets, creatinine levels much better.

You can review this article, its older and many upgrades have come along,

But this one is from an actual lab and a lot more recent,

I believe the OP is saying 224 grams of alcohol, total over an 18 day period or, 16 "regular" drinks, which contain 14 grams of "pure" alcohol each, equaling, just under a drink a day.

I have done a fair amount of reading on the subject and I am no closer to any clear cut answers to your question. While you can't believe everything you read on the internet, this is an interesting thread about PEth that may be worth reading:

I'm not sure about oz. I just did my best to estimate grams of etoh. It was not daily. It was spread out over 3 occasions during the 18 day period. The drinks were 4 gl of wine and 4 Mikes hard lemonade. Thanks for the info.
