    2006 ford focus
    A/C cluch bearing is going out Can I reaplace with out getting the whole unit?

    Yes, can be done on the car. Have to remove the clutch and replace the bearing. May need some special tools. Go to YOU TUBE and you will find videos on how to do. No particularly hard, most difficult part at times is getting access.

    Absolutely. If you replace the clutch pulley bearing, make sure to replace the shims as before.
