Should I try and find him my Biological Father
My mom was 16 when she lost her mom and her dad didn't care so she went and tried finding love in all the wrong places. When she got knocked up she had slept with multiple guys and has no idea who was the dad or his name the most she knows is he was going to enroll in the navy and had a son with another girl and he didn't even want that one. I am 22 now and I've known this since I could remember. And yes I know the man that nurtured me and was there for me since I was 1 is my father but there has always been that thought. Who is he?. should I proceed with all these un answered question or she I leave them that way?

You can proceed but with the scanty information you have, I doubt if you will be successful in locating him. It will probably cost you a significant amount in PI fees to do so with little chance of success.

Since there is no idea who he is, and too many men. There is no way to get DNA tests and "looks" can not be used. I would have no idea even how to start.
Going up to men you do not know and saying, would you take a DNA test?

Finding out who your birth parents can be difficult when you have "very" little information to work with. I was adopted and although I found the maternal side of my bio-family relatively easy, I never bothered trying to discover anything on the paternal side (bio-father). The bio-mother had relatively little information about "him". Although, I had more information than what you have provided about your bio-dad, it was too draining for me personally to go down this road so I never bothered. Now a days, it's not as difficult as you would think to find bio-information. However, you do need to know at least a decent bit of identifying information. It doesn't appear that you have much to work with, dear. Blessings to you. Maybe ask your mom one final time and see if she can provide a bit more information. Otherwise, it may be like pulling straws. Good luck.

How? I see no way, you can find out, even who it is, and then finding him.
There are many men, so you would have to pick one, find him, ask if he will allow a DNA test (don't expect him to say yes). Then so on and so on. So unless she can remember full names, where family lived or more. Really there is nothing you can do.
