Hello My fiancé and I have been wanting a baby. I am at a point right now where I am not sure what is going on with me. I am usually very regular with my AF and very heavy. This month I was about 4-5 days early and no where near has heavy as normal. Now almost 2 weeks later I feel weird, getting dizzy, some things that I normally like to eat or drink just turn my stomach, Constipated but very gassy, tight feeling in lower abdomen, pinches occasionally if I move to fast, headaches, and very tired, I usually don't sleep a lot maybe 4 hrs tops at night but for the last week I have slept alomost 9 hrs. no energy during the day... I am afraid to take a test because they always seem to come back negative, I just want some insight as to if this is my body playing tricks on me or if I could actually be pregnant this time. AF not due again for another 4 or 5 days. Please help...

Personally, I had this same problem with my body. I ended up taking a test after my first missing period and it came back negative. Sometimes maybe since you want to get pregnant your mind could be playing tricks on you. My mind did the same thing. I ignored all the signs and never went to the doctor. I never had any morning sickness or symptoms other than what you've concluded and I'm already 19 weeks pregnant. I found out a while ago. I would wait and see if you miss a period and then for sure take a test or set up an appointment. If symptoms worsen, I would call and set up an appointment, tell them that you think you could be pregnant.
