    Do you speak Afrikaans or Dutch? The words on the left could be the name of an estate or museum, with a variation on hound birch or dogwood tree.

    Have you removed any backing to see what you can see, and take a picture?

    No marking on the back. I'm not having any luck with my art. I have over 200 painting and drawings, so hard to find out about the artists and being in SA is not helping.
