NO ONE online can possibly know what is wrong.
Where in the world do you live?
    How long has this lasted?
    Are you diabetic?
Can you get to a doctor?
Are your kidneys OK; are you urinating?
    Is your water supply safe?
    Can you swallow OK?
    Are you on any medications?
Is the euphoria a feeling of extreme well-being, or more lightheaded and slightly dizzy?
Is your area known for parasites?

If you can get to a doctor today, don't bother answering questions. At least can you call one today.

Wait until Monday unless anything gets worse, including swelling, high blood pressure if you measure it (I bought a cuff for about $15 on ebay), and don't drive.
Eat small meals and avoid sweets for now.
You can always call the answering service, or go to an ER. You could have diabetes or an unusual reaction to furosemide. You say 'one' so what's any others? ALL MATTER

I AM NOT A DOCTOR. It's possible that you should go to an ER, but that's the cautious approach. You've had it one day, tomorrow is Sunday, the ER will be crowded, and it will cost 10 times as much.
