    Curious??
Hi, My boyfriend and I had protected sex on the 14th of February, no condom accident, no ejaculation inside or near me and I am on birth control. Is there still a chance of being pregnant? Or could this be an irregular period with spotting because I did miss about a week or two of pills, but not within the time that we had been together.

It's important to remember that birth control only lessens the chance of pregnancy, it will be a possibility, just not likely when contraceptives are used correctly.
Did you miss the pills prior to the 14th or after? Prior, then the chance of pregnancy increases. Most likely your period is off due to changes in hormone levels from missing your pills. Missing that many and you are basically starting over.
You can always try a pregnancy test. If negative and you still wonder if pregnancy may be a possibility, wait a week and either try another test or see your doctor for a test in office.

No form of birth control is 100 percent, there are a couple of the experts on here that became pregnant on birth control pills and using condoms, so yes while it is not as likely, there is a chance.

    Help : (
Hello , My boyfriend and I had sex on the 14th of February , He used a condom and I am on birth control . He pulled out before he ejaculated which was also no where near me . Afterwards we checked the condom to make sure that it did not have any tears ( it had none ). My first question is that even though we were cautious is there still any chance that I could be pregnant ? I have no symptoms no nausea , no sore breasts , nothing . However afterwards I missed about 2 weeks of my birth control and when I finally remembered I took two of the active pills on the pack I messed up on and began a new pack of birth control and I am wondering by doing that did I throw my cycle off ? Could I possibly be pregnant or did I just screw up my period around the time it was supposed to come on :(

    Thank you in advance .

Pregnancy will always be a possibility when you have sex, but given the situation that you described, it is unlikely. It is, however, quite likely that by missing your pills you did throw your cycle off. Since it has been a few weeks since the 14th Feb, you could always try a pregnancy test... or if no period by next month, you could test then.
