    Going on vacation with valid OPT but expired F1
    My F1 visa is expired but my OPT is valied for another 8 months. I needto go to India on Emergency, for two weeks. Please tell me what shall I do when I need to come back.

    Hi,
    I don't think so you can leave united status on opt now if you already did than try to get admission in any university that;s the best choice you got sir

    If your visa sticker is expired and you leave usa, you need to get a new one before you can re-enter, period.
