    HD Water Softener / Country...
The Water Softener is designed for Rural / Country setting with a Resin Applicator Bottle attached inside the Tank.. The Question is , In order to have the Softener function as it should.. just how much salt should be kept in the Tank at all times? I realize once water starts to pool on top of the existing salt in the Tank the idea is to add more salt to make things work properly.. A Neighbor suggested we may have a tad too much salt... The Tank is about 3/4 full of salt, the salt will desolve down to about better than a 1/3rd full before the water starts to pool.. Just how deep could we let the water pool before adding salt.. Advice / Suggestions Appreciated.. Cheers Thanks..

(sorry, I'm an admin, not...
