    Filling for spouse
I was married for three years and filed for my husband to get his green card. He got his unconditional status and we had problems and divorced. A year later I met a person that I love and we got married. He is 17 years younger than me. Could I file for him to get his green card being that I had done that once before for my previous husband? My new husband has been in the US for 12 years, we do not plan to have kids because of my age. We have been together for a year and a half. Will I ever be able to help my husband legalize?

What is your current partner's immigration status. You mention that he has been in the US for 12 years.

Expect much more scrutiny about your marriage this time, because of your history of petitioning a previous spouse.
