Need to know what to do...
I am 30, female, and recovering from a recent c section. Throughout my pregnancy I had heartburn/acid reflux and now that I've given birth it hasn't really gone away entirely, though it is more bearable. Today, and a couple of days ago, I had a sharp crushing pain come on suddenly in my chest, beneath the breasts. It radiated all the way around my torso with particular strength on either side. The pain made it difficult to breath normally, and to do anything other than stand and sit up straight. What is this? Please help!

This could be gallstones if you still have your gallbladder. This is very common during pregnancy and immediate postpartum period. You will have to see your doctor to have this properly diagnosed.
