Transmitter on ceiling fans works, however, it only works as follows. When everything is off I hold either the fan button or the light button. While holding the button I turn on the wall switch. The light or fan comes on corresponding to the button on the transmitter I am holding. I stop pressing whatever button on the tx and the fan and light stay the way my tx ordered. Then I press other buttons on the tx and nothing happens. I can only control the fan or light if I hold the appropriate button down on the tx while I turn the main wall switch on, otherwise no control. What's going on
