    Leave them in CPS?
    Do grandparents that adopt get to provide health insurance like it is for a child or is it better for us to leave our grandsons in the child protective system with us. They are twins; age 3.

    Once adopted they become for legal purposes your children. Some States do not allow grandparent adoption only gaurdianship.
