    I know Automated Logic had some experimental ones out but, they were expensive to purchase and install.

    Yes. Honeywell,Accustat and other brands offer a wireless setup. They do cost more than a standard units.

    I recently installed a thermstat that I can control with my telephone. When I'm out of town for extended times I lower the heat to 50. When I'm coming home I just call my house and can get the stat to raise the temp. There is wireless everything now a days,
