How to calculate the net cash flow from investing activities?
It seems really simple but apparently I'm missing something.

Creative Sound Systems sold investments, land, and its own common stock for $29.9 million, $15.5 million, and $40.6 million, respectively. Creative Sound Systems also purchased treasury stock, equipment, and a patent for $20.2 million, $24.9 million, and $11.2 million, respectively.

Net cash flow from investing activities: I got 29.4 million.
