Hair color suggestion
Hi, I recently gave birth to my second baby and am looking forward to covering up all these roots that have grown throughout my pregancy. I don't really like the color I had before a blondish brown, which now looks kind of orangy. My complexion is very pale and due to the sleepless nights have dark circles under my eyes. Does anyone know what shade would be better for me? My hair is naturally black, but like I said before I have like 7 inches worth of roots and then a brownish dye. >> horrible <<<

Blonde, light brown or auburn hair looks best on women who have fair skin and light colored eyes. Black or dark hair contains a lot of red pigment in it. Therefore, you if apply a permanent hair color on black hair, it will result in a red/orange shade. If you want go lighter, minus the brassy tones, you must lighten your hair and then apply the desired color. Please consider going to the salon and have them do the coloring process.
