    Riddle/Logic
Bob drives from his house to his girlfriends house. When he gets there, he realizes he forgot the present he got her, so he drives back to his house, 20/km/hour faster, and takes 5 minutes less time. On the way back to her house again, he goes 20km/hour faster still, and it takes him 3 minutes less. How far does he live from her?

Does when he is returning to her house go 20km or does he now go 40km?
How can you figure this out without knowing how fast he went the first time?
    PLEASE help!

I don't know how to do the problem or I would figure it out without needing help. I don't know if the problem means he keeps his pace at 20km or if it adds an additional 20km. I also don't know how to figure it out if he doesn't give us a starting speed of how long it took to get to her house. With the given numbers we can tell that it takes him a total of 8 minutes less time to get from his girlfriends house and back. 0

Can you make it so he was going 20km to start, then 20km more which is 40km, and then 20km more to 60km? Which could make it 16 minutes from his house? 1

I won't even try, because last week you gave us an incomplete problem.
