My gestational age differs from the u/s. u/s showed I'm 4.4weeks instead of 7.4
I found out I'm pregnant last week through pt test. visit a local ob last 12-11 and had me scheduled for tvs. Did my tvs today. The result was I'm 4.4 weeks no embryronic pole seen yet and secondary yolk sac seen in .35cm. Gestational sac measures 1.33 cms. I'm supposed to be 7.4weeks by now based on LMP. I want to know if this is normal? Also I'm having cramps and brownish and sometimes pinkish discharge. My breast tenderness also lessen. Is everything fine? This is my 2nd pregnancy and never experienced any bleeding during my first

It is possible to get pregnant anytime during the cycle. Using LMP is just applying the most common time to get pregnant, mid month. So yes, you can be only 4.4 weeks. Or the conclusion of the u/s is inexact at this early date.

The rest is really between you and your doctor! You can't ask 'Is everything fine' online. No one can know. Normal and abnormal overlap. Bleeding, less breast tenderness can not be used to define a healthy pregnancy, or a possible impending miscarriage.

Contact the doctor on the phone. You can tell your symptoms to the office staff, and they will make sure the doctor gets the message.

The early ultrasound will give you a more accurate date for pregnancy. In the early weeks, what can be seen, and measurements, tend to be fairly consistent. It can still be off a few days, but it's as close as you can get. As the pregnancy progresses, there can be a greater discrepancy in dating.
Some light cramping (some women feel like a period is about to start), and spotting can be normal, but it's always wise to let your doctor or midwife be aware of it.

I am a bit confused that the ultrasound showed a 4cm hypoechoic solid mass and several cysts. Then when I had the CT scan the results only showed 3 cysts. Is it possible that the CT scan did not pick up the mass or that the radiologist didn't read the images thoroughly?
