While depo can disrupt fertility for quite sometime after the last injection, it shouldn't be an issue at this stage. Are you having regular periods at this point? If not, that would be something to speak to your doctor about. It is unlikely that you are ovulating on a regular basis if you don't have regular periods, so that would diminish the chances of pregnancy even more. If you are having regular periods, regular ovulation would be expected.

Have you tried different ways to determine when you are most likely to be ovulating in a cycle? Temping/charting, ovulation predictor tests, and watching for changes in cervical mucus are the most common. You could try one, or all three. Personally, since it has been two years, I would go with all three as one can help verify another. Most women will notice a pattern after a few months. Obviously, if you can have sex about every 2 days throughout a cycle, your timing should be covered, but timing is only part of it.

There are no pills or foods for faster pregnancy, in general, but healthy eating, and making sure you and your partner have adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals are important... especially for your partner's sperm health. This can be even more important if your partner is taking certain medications as some may impact fertility (something else to discuss with your doctor if it applies). You should be taking a multivitamin with at least 400 mcg of folic acid in it while trying to conceive. This can help reduce the chance of certain birth defects that may occur early in pregnancy.

Have you and your partner had any fertility testing? It would be wise to discuss it with your doctor. If you've been trying regularly for two years, testing for both of you would be a good idea.
